Kelly, a Q for Q & A: as a researcher, I’d love to know more about the research process. I assume Marvel gives you electronic access to any past issue you want? When developing a story, what’s a typical amount of hours you have to put in? Does Marvel help you in any way to help direct you to relevant past issues or make sure you’re not missing something? Thanks!
This issue of Captain Marvel was amazing!!!!!! I’m hyped about the whole name for the next arc too! THE LAST AVENGER has been my favorite arc so far and I’m HYPED to see some essence of it coming back, getting more of Dark Captain Marvel and all that!
I’m so curious to see what’s cooking for that new Spider-Man story and how you’ll be involved in it!
Speaking of Spidey 🙈 so, one of my favorite (if not my favorite) Carol friendship is her friendship with Peter Parker. I miss those times when they used to interact a lot back when was Ms Marvel… any chance we would see him in this current CM run? Like I love the crumbs of Carol having a Spidey magnet on her fridge and Spidey being on her nightmare but like a small team up or something 🥺 my second fave friendship is her friendship with Wolverine so I was so excited when you brought the whole poker night back!

This issue of Captain Marvel was stellar! I'm so ready for that painfully awkward meeting of the men in Carol's life. She did have some important self reflection this issue (ends and means, being the bad guy) and I'm starting to think Enchantress played her maybe even more than we think. Side note - I wonder if all the hype and speculation surrounding Amora in a certain D+ series will bring any attention to the comics she currently appearing in. Hope so! Also very curious if Carol and Strange's recent "entanglement" will have any impact on the upcoming Death of Dr. Strange storyline being solicited. Anyway ...
That new Black Widow cover is smoking hot good. 🔥 And the curious spider things afoot leave me ... well curious.
Loved this week's issue of CM, Kelly! (Shame the arc ends next issue though [or does it ... ?]) Anyway, can't wait to see how this pans out (and if/why Amora seemingly ditched Carol there. Hope we can see more Amora in Carol's future). Keep up the great work!
