*sigh* I’ve been admiring Tula’s art for years and it still just looks so magical to me, every damn time 😍 thank you for sharing something beautiful to help counteract the shitty news a bit. On that note, I’m looking for local/independent orgs I can donate to but also, if you’re comfortable sharing and know some sites that would be good to support that would be great. As a cis-dude, I’m trying to my best to learn, listen and support wherever I can.

Thank you, Daniel!

I will definitely posting some more about this later in the week when I've time to do a bit more research -- but Planned Parenthood, NARAL, and the ACLU are always pretty good bets to start with. The Cut has a pretty good write up about specific states that are in more danger than ever now: https://www.thecut.com/article/donate-abortion-fund-roe-v-wade-how-to-help.html

More soon!

Holy cow, what beautiful cover art! But yes, every day the news that comes out just gets darker and more infuriating. Head banging, eye gauging, migraine inducing crap. Just reminds me that a fight is never over. And yes if you hear of any good organizations I’d love to find a way to help in any way possible.

Gorgeous! I didn't realize there would be variant covers! 😍 Or that May was a whole mermaid celebration month! 🧜‍♀️

But yeah ... hearing the news about Roe vs. Wade left me in a total funk last night. Being a mother to two daughters, it makes me worry all the more for just how educated and careful they'll need to be in order to protect themselves from such a cruel and broken system. It weighs on me. 😣 But yeah, we need to fight like hell and turn this tide.

Yeah! I've got at least 4 Variants set up (not including the Clean Dress Lotay variant we're hoping to do) -- and there might be one or two more coming -- we'll see. MOST of those will be available to the public, but at least one of them will be exclusive to Substack Founders only.

Regarding everything else. Yeah. Yeah, ALL of this. <3

That is terrific. I just missed Tula at the Anaheim Comicon )although I never know what to say at those things).

She's incredible. I've been lucky enough to have her on a few of my books -- but it will NEVER be enough.

What jumped out at me when I returned to the comic world after my kids were born was how nice everyone seems to be.

Anyway, I am sure that she is lovely and her art is really distinctive.
