Haha! Barda parties hard. Looks like a fun issue!

Of course we've read all of It's Jeff! Hope they'll do another print collection.

Stoked for Black Cloak and intrigued by Scarlett.

Kelly have you seen X-Men'97 yet?

I have not!

Our Disney+ subscription ended and we've been biding our time before renewing our sub. Part trying to be frugal and part I am SWAMPED and so having one more thing to watch should probably not be the priority. But I hope to get there this month. Hearing a lot of juicy plot/character gossip for sure! Are you enjoying it or is the Rogneto of it all too rough? I can't tell if I'll enjoy it or not, I LIKE a rough road for couples -- it's interesting/builds character/creates epic stories -- but I confess I do have trouble enjoying it if I'm not sure the creators have the CORRECT FINAL PAIRING in mind. ;D lol

Oh man, then I do NOT want to spoil anything! It has been SO good. I'm surprised how much I'm loving it tbh. I was a little frustrated when I realized we were going THERE again with Rogneto and that I'd have to relive it yet again, but my gut feeling is that this is going to be the kind of needed disruption that helps our characters break out of their status quo and confront their issues to move forward and get where we want them to. I have a good feeling about it somehow?LOL🤞 The writers are being really respectful of all the characters in the show too so far, which I love. Also I definitely need your reaction on "crop top gate" some day. 😂

Haha.

Well, that reassures me, because that was my instinct as well -- that the writers are super fans of the pairing but they are smart enough to know it needs oxygen and to be explored -- and everything that entails -- good and bad -- if you're going to grow from and beyond the original!

I loved the shots I saw of Crop Top Gambit. Feels exactly right tbh.

Don't be afraid of being amazing and sexy, my dudes. You're pretty too! ;D

100%.

The crop top scene was AMAZING, like ... they are leaning so hard into the sexy with him. I think we can thank Amelia Vidal. I should not be drooling so hard over a cartoon. 😂 Yet here we are.

BTW thanks for the recommendation on Extraordinary on Hulu. It's been a hoot.

I'm running out of superlatives for you Kelly, but you are taking everything to the next level. I am so here for BoP and Cloak and Scarlet and Jeff and I'm not getting off this rollercoaster because I'm loving the ride. Yes, those are screams of joy! I'm so happy that my favorite writer has lots and lots of books coming out! That's you, by the way.

Well if anyone is going to have a strange concept of clothing norms on earth, it will be Barda (insert Austin Powers Yeah Baby gif). The idea of using different artists to reskin reality is actually rather clever way to handle when you don't have a static art team for an arc. But more Barda nude jokes (as long as you find it funny) as BoP is the source of the greatest Dick Grayson bum artwork by Nicola Scott!

Haha. Yeah. I don't think Barda cares one way or another about being clothed (though she likes fashion and has a clear identity there) but yes, essentially, Barda does not bow to the world, the world bows to Barda. In a nutshell. ;D

It IS a great idea -- using different artists for different world styles -- but it's a high risk high reward situation. I hope we'll pull it off! ;D
