Hah, wild. My wife and I are packing up to move and she found my (I thought) lost folder of all the mid 90s X-Men cards I used to collect. I was just sitting to loon up if there are any current runs of marvel trading cards when I saw this post.

You might be the center of the world?

Adam and I always consider this when something in our lives goes wild like that.

(Spoiler alert: we're always wrong)

Holy crap this is... this is the rest of my Saturday now, lol. I’ll bounce over to Twitter in a few, but as far as the substack picks I’m going to lean into player 2. I think every battle has the possibility of an A or B victory, so to play devils advocate I’m going to say B wins them all. Even Kylun, lol.

Also can we actually break down how incredible a Bishop/Iceman fight would be now? Maybe not on the 90’s... but like right now?! Iceman is super OP and Bishop has only gotten harder and more intense over the years. Mind you; 2 characters I don’t often pay much attention too... but something about seeing it really got me excited, haha.

I’ll have to write these down. This requires a 6 pack and some paper!

Update: I resigned up for Twitter (I deleted it months ago) but I voted on every round lol

Oh no! I'm sorry we dragged you back into twitter hellscape! But I love your devotion. <3

Awesome game! I think I have a binder of that set somewhere. Jim Lee is best X-Men, even though he didn’t last long on those books. Not a good run, not like that Captain Marvel writer. I hope she never leaves that book!

Uh. She will definitely have to leave at some point.

But thank you! <3

What a genius idea - I'm never going back to Twitter though so I look forward to seeing the results here later - you and your brother really had something there!❤

Kelly! I had a good day. I watched the movie Prey on Hulu. (And do I recommend it? Yes. Yes I do.) I had quality time with my family. (And do I recommend it? Yes. Yes I do. You can come and spend quality time with my family anytime. We can watch the movie Prey on Hulu!) But this just elevated my good day. I love stuff like this. What a fun idea! Some match-ups were no-brainers and it felt great to vote and see my choices absolutely demolish their opponents in the voting. Some were super close calls and it was fun to see how the voting was turning out, even if it wasn’t going my way. And it was even weirdly fun to have to vote *against* my preferred character if I felt they simply wouldn’t win the battle. (Sorry, Hank McCoy!) So, thanks for this. You turned a good day gooder!

You should come over. We just made a cake.

Sure. Does it say "Rogue has at least a 2 of intelligence just like all her friends and colleagues!" on it?

Why would I make a lying cake?
