Absolutely fab interview, I love Lee's work and will pick up anything he does - Skyward and Shadecraft are both amazing! - I also really love the fact that you were into Carol's dark eye make-up just because it looks freaking cool but serves absolutely no purpose, that's brilliant and such a comic thing! I also just want to say, without getting all mushy, that I really love everything you give us here - it's just brilliant, thank you 🔥🔥💯👌
Nah. We all loved it. Couldn't help ourselves. It was a really fun departure. Exactly as it was supposed to be. And I take comfort in knowing that there's likely an alternate dimension out there where she does wear this look on the daily. ;D
Listen, we were all absolutely devastated to lose Carmen from the book. She was integral to building what we have today, she's amazing and also just a terrific person, but when Spider-Man calls...you gotta answer. Can't blame her! And we have been SO lucky in the people that picked up the baton since she left - Lee being one of the absolute best. I'm so glad that you were able to discover his work through us and picked up his other stuff! (If you like Shadecraft you should definitely try Skyward!) And me too (regarding working together again)!

Is it wrong that I prefer the 'dark' design? I just associate Carol with black and red as a color scheme.
