I can't say I haven't been there so I hope you have a consistent streak of On Days soon! 🤞🏽🤞🏽 (I wonder if Nat ever had Off days? 🤔🤔 Hopefully not while out superheroing at least) Here's also hoping we haven't seen the last of your Nat in some form or another (I also would kill for a Kelly Thompson BW novel like the ones Margaret Stohl wrote some years ago) Can't wait for more CM, extra delay notwithstanding. I'm sure it'll be worth it. Good luck with your cat's eye problem! Pet health is no joke 😔😔 (Also hope that knee issue isn't serious 🤞🏽🤞🏽)
We def all have days. Unfortunately I think the bad days tend to stick with us a little longer, and get a little harder to overcome as time moves on because of it. And truly... the shit piles roll down hill way way faster than my ass is walking back up again! Haha
The good news is- we’re def in this together! So there’s solace in that.... also- we can turn on a Weird Al polka mix and know that life is ok.
Ugh, I feel like most of my days are OFF days! LOL Like ... death by a 1000 papercuts kind of days where everything is just annoying and stupid. Buuuttttt ... it doesn't take too much to make a day pretty awesome sometimes either. Hoping you get more ON days soon!
Ahhhh ... Clive is SO cute! I just want to pet his fluffy belly so bad!
I think we all have off days. I don't believe in fate but I do believe there is an intrinsic chaos to life that our brain seeks to find patterns in. We don't deal well with abstracts, only absolutes, and in turn we latch on to something even if it is negative in connotation.
One thing I struggle to keep in mind - and it is a lifelong endeavor - is how I respond to those events, and hopefully rise above them. As long as we realize that nothing fully command our souls, then we can endure anything: from mundane and innocuous inconveniences to the exquisite agony of loss.
And it makes moments of victory and joy ever so sweeter as well.

His belly fur is INSANELY soft. And he loves to be pet there -- although he likes more the chest/rib cage area even better.
😻
