Alright, lots to talk about. First of all, I’m sick, that’s cool, right? NO. It is not cool. How dare you just blindly agree with me. Sigh. Yes. After almost two years of not being sick with cold/flu/whatever, I finally got hit. And man, if you’re desperately looking for silver linings to pandemics, that’s…the only one I’ve got. People never leaving their house and washing their hands more, leads to fewer people getting sick. And right now…I cannot breathe through my nose and am falling behind on deadlines and am mad at everyone and so never leaving my house again to avoid this seems…pretty reasonable.
It is my wish... nay, my DEMAND... that you feel better soon! (Did it work? I'm trying to be more assertive with viruses.) BEGONE FROM MS. THOMPSON'S UPPER RESPIRATORY TRACT, VILE NUCLEIC ACID MOLECULES IN PROTEIN COATING!!!

Also I need to know more about this "sandwich department" situation in Spiderman. 🥪 🤔

Always on board for a book club discussion. I've done something similar on Slack and on Discord with fan groups for comics and fanfic discussions, but only message board style. Everyone was too shy for live voice chat. 😂

Neti pots are amazing for easing congestion. I use mine once a week, more if I'm congested. Hope you feel better soon. Also, my first thought for book club was Discord, too, as David Palomino suggested. I'm in a few groups there, but I wouldn't say I'm great at it. Also also, the cat pictures always make me smile. I love them.
Haha, jeez, that timeframe you mention in the Another Relaunch interview where you'd not even written a marvel book back when folks started talking about how there needed to be a black widow movie is wiiiiiiiiild stuff.
And as far as movie/book club stuff, the version of this I've seen/taken part in so far just took place in the comments to a substack post! They picked a date/time & announced it a while in advance, and that went well enough that they're doing it again for what it's worth.
Not sure if this would be feasible for the book club thing but I know the young folks use…discord? for group discussions/online hangs. Don’t ask me how to use it tho, I tried once and was very confused
