I’m not big on New Years, but Champagne, which I adore, does sort of save it. I don’t like big proclamations. I’m a typically a cautious person who doesn’t like to commit to a promise unless I know I can deliver. And that’s just not the vibe of New Years Resolutions, y’know?
Happy 2023, Kelly. Erm, hope the karaoke was at the very least entertaining to watch (if not having partaken). I think we all need some time to reevaluate/to look inward of late ...in any case here’s to 2023 and what it may bring. That sounded way more dour than I intended. Haha. 😬🤷🏼♀️😂
Not a fan of resolutions... or NYE parties... or drinking. My neighborhood was its usual amazingly quiet last night, even at midnight. I guess that means that my little community is made up of Grey Panthers who don't party out much. Anyway, it's great to hear about you having lots of projects. The times I have considered being a "freelancer" or "contract worker" (aren't all comic creators in this boat?) it scared the hell out of me. Best wishes for 2023!
