The short answer is yes. They have very long lives, so that helps, but yes, their reproduction rate is low -- same for elves and a few of the other long-life classes. Humans are the only class/species in this world that can have many children, but they also have the shortest lifespans. Creates lots of chaos when it comes to politics and power.
In terms of scale is Sashenka kind of massive? Being of dragon decent? Those limbs of his look pretty fearsome! Handy in ripping opponents apart I'm guessing?! Or is he not that kind of Bukavac?! 😁
I think he COULD be that guy (and maybe was for a bit in his youth), but he's mostly interested in justice and equality (hence his life's work as an activist). For actual size...we'll have to wait and see how big Meredith wants him to be when standing next to Essex, but yeah, I think read him as large. :D
Bit of a nerdy question but if fairies usually only have one child how does the species survive? Wouldn’t there numbers be constantly dwindling?

All of the designs are great, but seeing Jono made me so happy. That face! There's something so soothing and sweet about it. I love him.
It's such a terrific design!
