I was planning to do a post full of fan art and may still do it in the future (it took a long time to collect it all up and also it’s all very cool!) but now that the release day is here I find myself wanting to focus on the actual book — especially because in Hayden Sherman, Jordie Bellaire, Becca Carey, and editor Chris Conroy I had the lottery win of a creative team and am feeling pretty in awe of that today. None of this is possible without each of them and I’m so grateful for all of them, and most especially for Diana.
There’s a lot going over here today, and as always I’m still running a bit behind my deadlines so I’m going to keep it short. If you head to the webshop you’ll notice some Artgerm covers (three versions!) listed but with no images or ability to buy. I DO have these in hand and they are VERY cool…but I cannot find them anywhere else — so I’m a little unsure what their deal is — trying to get some clarity from DC on that — but hopefully those listings will go live soon too. Edit: I found out what these are! And I will keep them up on my site WITHOUT Images, but you won’t be able to buy them until January 2025 (maybe they will get revealed prior to being able to buy? But I’ll have to follow DC’s lead there).
