Kelly, I’m catching up on AWW and it’s an amazing series. I am a pastor, and I want to thank you on a personas level because you have helped me expand my definition of Grace. The way Diana deals with her enemies and finding the good in the them has helped me re-focus on trying to do the same thing.
It’s so hard to see good in people who are racist, homophobic, xenophobic (basically anyone who hates people) but I get strength and encouragement when I read your take on Diana.
Hang in there (with implied kitten poster) yourself, Kelly! Always appreciate that you share The Struggle in an emotionally real way, so thanks. Once again relistened to your guest shot on the @Scott Snyder Absolute Comics Writing class. And appreciate the link to the @Colleen Doran (she so great) creator procrastination post, which I have bookmarked and will be referring back to as I work through my present projects.
Agh, so sorry to hear about some struggles Kelly. I just had a few myself but powering through it like always. Whatever happens just know how much we all appreciate the incredible effort you put in to all your titles. Hope things take a good swing soon!

I work at an airport bookstore and I've been doing my best to sell every Absolute book that we get. So far, all of them have been purchased, save for a new copy of Absolute Batman Vol. 2: Abomination.
Oh Kelly!!! I am in the same boat everything can be great and a few small things that I cannot stop dwelling on wreck me. I am getting better but I feel for you. I do not call myself a pessimist. I say I am pragmatic. It sounds fancy. Sending virtual hugs and a reminder that you are, in fact, amazing and wonderful. In other news, I went to ECCC and GuriHiru were there and they were very excited to sign books that were also signed by you. I also got a few Jeff the landshark remarques. (FYI, I did not show them your Jeff drawings because I forgot them at home in my crazy planning. That would have been the ultimate Jeff and Jeff!)
I like pragmatic. Somehow sounds less proud of myself than "realist" lol
Ah, I love that you met Gurihiru -- they are pure joy -- I feel so grateful to get to work with them. I'm sure they would be nice about my drawings, but probably better for all involved that they didn't have to see them! haha.
Sorry about your rough news, but otherwise, you're KILLING IT. Living it, sister. Those fan art pieces are DOPE. Keep this shit on overdrive. We're here reading.
