BLACK CLOAK PRINT DEBUT!
(it's here, it's really really here!)
It’s been a wild day and I won’t keep you guys, but I just wanted to thank you again for all your love and support through this past year — and the fact that you’re all (most of you) still here! — that’s incredible. Today was BLACK CLOAK’s issue 1 print debut from Image comics and A LOT built up to this and a lot is riding on it too I suppose. But honestly, even if it’s not a massive hit that solves all my problems (ha!), I love the book and I’ve loved this experience with you guys, and I’m excited about what’s next, and I hope you all feel that too.
Wanted to share this gorgeous illustration that Meredith posted today in honor of the launch.
Also the reviews are rolling in from retailers, fans, and review sites and it’s really turning out so great so far. Fingers crossed we just keep getting more of this and maybe even get a second printing? Yeah, that would be cool. I would not hate that. ;D

Slight bit of housekeeping. A reader alerted me that as a free subscriber they are still unable to look at the posts behind the paywall, despite my ‘everyone can see everything now that the billing is paused’ post. So…now I’m looking into THAT issue.
Fun. Please bear with me as we figure out what’s going wrong. Hopefully it’s just some switch I missed that needs to be toggled one way or another.

It’s a good day for a launch! I’ve persuaded my friends to grab copies, so I’m hoping they enjoy it as much as I do! One of my local shops featured it as one of the hot books of the week too, which is super cool!
